What Is Prometheus — And Why It Works
Prometheus 1.38 is a precision-engineered gold trading system built on quantitative logic, institutional risk management, and market structure intelligence. Unlike most retail EAs that rely on lagging indicators or uncontrolled grid systems, Prometheus operates like a disciplined quant engine: selective, data driven, and engineered for long-term consistency.
It uses a hybrid execution model — market entry followed by two controlled limit orders — allowing the algorithm to enter premium zones while preserving strict risk integrity. All exposure is limited through risk-in-position logic, mandatory Stop Loss, volatility-based grid spacing, and fixed Risk/Reward targets.
Prometheus works because it mirrors how professional traders and institutional desks approach XAUUSD: avoid noise, target high-probability zones, minimise exposure, and trust the math.

Trades deviations from VWAP and targets reversion to the value area. Ideal for ranging markets.
C4 — EMA/MA Compression Cycle
EMA/MA compression → breakout → correction. Designed for cycle transitions and trend shifts.

Installation
Video Guide
- Download .mq5 file from your dashboard
- Open MT5 data folder: File → Open Data Folder
- Navigate to MQL5 → Experts and copy the file there
- Restart MT5 and find the algorithm in Navigator
Configuration
After installation, open algorithm settings and specify:
- Login and password for activation
- Risk management parameters
- Selection of strategies to use
